This means that tumours and cysts develop on her ovaries and are crushing her uterus and intestines. It’s an extremely painful condition and also means that she cannot eat because there is no room for her to digest food. mooselikejagger explains in full here. She has no insurance but thanks to her close friends and a multitude of fandoms, money is being raised to help fund the surgery she needs.
